At Vacays4U, we specialize in creating custom travel itineraries tailored to your unique preferences, interests, and needs. Whether you’re planning a romantic getaway, a family adventure, or a group trip, we dedicate our expertise and time to ensure every detail is taken care of – flights, hotels, transfers, activities, and beyond.
While we charge planning fees for complex and personalized itineraries, we do not charge planning fees for simple bookings such as cruises, flights, or hotels. However, we kindly ask that you are mindful of our time as we assist you.
What does this mean?
- For straightforward bookings (e.g., a flight and hotel packages or a cruise), there are no additional fees
- We can provide up to three price quotes at no charge. If you need additional quotes, it would fall under our custom itinerary services, and planning fees will apply as per the pricing table below.
- For requests involving multiple traveler amounts (e.g., pricing for 2, 4, and 6 travelers), this is also considered a custom itinerary, and applicable planning fees will apply.

Planning Fee Structure
- Custom Itinerary – Couples & Families (Up to 14 Days)
$250 for up to 4 people. Includes flights, accommodations, transfers, activities, and more for a seamless experience. - Custom Itinerary – Couples & Families (15+ Days)
$500 for up to 6 people. Ideal for longer trips requiring detailed coordination. - Custom Itinerary – Small Groups (7-20 Travelers)
$1,000 for small group travel. Perfect for multi-generational trips, friends’ getaways, or special celebrations. - Custom Itinerary – Large Groups (20+ Travelers)
$1,500 for large groups. Comprehensive planning to ensure every traveler has a hassle-free experience.
All planning fees are non-refundable and due before any itinerary creation begins. This ensures our commitment to delivering a thorough and professionally tailored plan for your travels
